Conference Costs

If the Conference is not fully booked, we can accept day visitor bookings from the 1st July 2026. Please contact Sue Mathias (details below) for further details and to see if there are spaces available. There may still be spaces for full time bookings too, even though we are quite close, so please ring Sue to check if you would like to come for the whole week.

The full time fee for 2026 is £690 per person. We recognise the conference is not cheap and for some this may be out of reach. Thankfully, generous financial support is available through the Christadelphian Benevolent Fund (CBF). Please apply in confidence to the Conference booking secretary (details below) or your own recording brother. Please do not feel reluctant to accept this help – we genuinely want your fellowship at the conference.

Part-time and non-residents’ rates on application. Priority will be given to full time bookings until 31st June 2026. Sorry, but we are unable to consider requests for part time or day visits until after that date.

We will also need a deposit of £25 per person please. The easiest way to do this is by bank transfer:

Payments can be made in full, or by instalments. Full payment is due by 31st June 2026 please.

You may wish to take out holiday insurance in case of cancellation, as money cannot be refunded unless the booking can be filled.
